With PILOT™ 2.12 you can create rigorous models for Heat Exchanger Network (HEN) design and stand alone shell-and-tube heat exchangers rating and design for grass roots as well as retrofitting projects (energy saving and de-bottlenecking)
Through the completely interactive PILOT™ 2.12 interface, you have the ability to define Grass-roots and/or Retrofit problems in different modes and carry out energy and area targeting, network synthesis, network optimization and heat exchanger detailed design.
Pressure drop consideration and optimization which give PILOT™ 2.12 a leading edge, compare to other Pinch Technology software, can be handled in a very accurate and efficient way.
